About Me
Welcome to my mindfulness space. I have an accredited mindfulness and mediation certification. In addition, I have been in education for six years. My key skills are social emotional learning for youth. I am passionate about helping others become emotionally healthy, finding peace, and balance their lives. My journey to mindfulness practices began 4 years ago when I was seeking a way to manage stress. Since then, I’ve been committed to sharing these tools and techniques with others.

Building on the basics, this intermediate course is for those who have some experience with mindfulness and mediation and wish to deepen their practice.
Intermediate-$150/hr
This advanced mindfulness class is designed for seasoned practitioners seeking to master their mediation practice.
